I was barely able to stop eating the bread with kajmak long enough to photograph it. The bread is airy, very much like pizza dough, and the spreadable cheese is reminiscent of Parmesan and butter. The two together taste something like cheese bread from a pizza parlor, but not at all greasy.

I ordered the festa sandwich, a dish that the cook created for his young Bosnian customers. In Bosnian, if you ask someone how they are doing or how they like something, a common reply is "festa", which is roughly equivalent to "fabulous". The meat is mixed with spices for chevapi, but flattened thinly like a slider. I really liked it a lot because it wasn't as heavy as some of the other sandwiches.

I had some coffee after the meal, and I love Turkish coffee! I will be going some afternoon, soon, for dessert and coffee (aka, keks i'kave).
